In this unit the children learn to greet others, respond to classroom instructions,
memorise a poem and recognise some animals and colours.
The expectation is that the pupil will become familiar and comfortable with
Arabic. It is important that these activities are repeated again and again to build
confidence.

About this unit
New language content:
O One Who I worship
: (inshaa-Allaah) understand and respond to simple classroom
instructions; use spoken Arabic to greet others; count to ten in sequence; recognise
orally animal nouns; recognise orally six colours and memorise a poem.
