Goal: Create a marketplace that drives art purchases and celebrates artists.
Approach: We worked with Artfare’s designers to co-develop an MVP that allows patrons to purchase art, and utilizes augmented reality and image recognition to present available artworks.
Result: Launched as part of the brand’s inaugural event, the platform immediately generated sales for artwork with 5-figure price tags.

Goal: Bring a restaurant aggregation platform to the hospitality industry.
Approach: Given the complexity around combining restaurant logistics with intelligent recommendations – we first strategized the product roadmap to then develop on time and within budget.

Goal: Reshape the customer experience for one of the largest signing services companies.
Approach: Stakeholders looked to Archbolt to refine their user experience for mortgage customers. Through tight iterative loops we created an experience that positions TCE as a leading innovator in the space.

Goal: Refine the business model and customer experience for a B2B enterprise travel management solution.
Approach: We facilitated strategy workshops paired with technical insights to challenge stakeholders to make the right decisions. We the moved into prototyping a user experience for pilot customers. We then crafted go-to-market strategies to acquire customers.
Result: Tripkicks closed Fortune and enterprise as customers such as Zappos shortly after our engagement.

Goal: Launch an employee financial counseling platform at large scale organizations.
Approach: Stakeholders came with an idea for a digital companion to support their financial counseling program. We refined the product and delivered a beta to users, followed by pilot customers.
Result: The Client is counseling significantly more employees for customers like Harvard, Senior Helpers and Boston Medical Center.

Approach: Approach: In our intensive 1-week sprint, we identified gaps in the market and mapped stakeholder’s unique value propositions, to define a cost-effective MVP and validation plan.
Result: Initial revenue signals validated the business’s viability to capture upside while reducing capital and operational risk by over 200%.
