Architecture denes space beyond a 4 walled rectangular enclosure, giving space a dynamic denition This form nding exercise was to study how abstract forms can be obtained from simple elements in nature. The abstract twig ends ( nodes ) were connected , forming a labryinth of invisible surfaces.Outermost surface planes were moulded to dene the skin of an surface planes were moulded to dene the skin of an

EXPLORING STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS :

The courtyard in a traditional Indian house was the city square . It was the interactive space which was not literal in congregation of the users, but the transition space between one space character to the

other. In a city prototyped by masonry column beam matchbox structures this project experiments with cantilevered systems and structures this project experiments with cantilevered systems and courtyards enriching the modern vertical city with traditional design and unique structural characters. The Courtyard and Cantileverd spaces provide each unit with beer ventilation and natural

daylighting.....

The ground is used for city exhibitions and fairs annually for which temporary structures are built and dismantled as per use. As a result the space when not in use was misused by anti social elements and became a swamp during the monsoons. The design proposes to develop this ground as a public recreation ground at all time s and also facilitate international exhibitions and art performances through its permenant structures.

BRACED FRAME CORE SYSTEM :The proposed design replaces the inner concrete core with a steel braced frame systems. In the inelastic range, braced frames may involve the exure of frame members, but the inelastic drift is expected to be mainly a result of brace axial deformation, except in certain congurations that are not recommended. This also reduces building masses and the nos of columns required in the periphery giving possibility to more scope for glass facades.
