You are invited to select one of our popular models or we
can sit down with you and custom design your dream
before your eyes.
We order your shell from Derksen and have it
delivered to you direct or to Enterprise Super Center for custom
interior finish out.
If we are going to build out your unit, it will be assigned
to one of our professional crews that will work with you
personally through
complete program.
It generally takes between 4 to 6 months, from start to finish,
to complete a cabin, depending on size. Delivery day is our most
exciting day!

that you could purchase your unit.

This column highlights the different names Enterprise Super
Center has given to each of our most popular cabins.

This column is the name or description given by Derksen to
identify your unit.

If you like the exterior looks of one of our cabins but are
wanting to purchase the unit with no factory upgrades to be use for
storage only, then this is the proper column for pricing. A shell
can be ordered and delivered to your location in 4 –6 weeks.

If you are wanting to purchase one of our shells and you want
the factory upgrades, explain in a previous document, that make the
shell ready for interior cabin build out, then this is the proper
column for pricing.These upgrades include custom designing, higher
pitched roof, felt under roofing, house wrap, hurricane straps
& anchors, ¾” life-time sub-flooring, thermal pane windows,
etc.

If one of the shells we have designed is what you would like
along with the upgrades from the factory and you wish to purchase
by Rent-To-Own, these next two columns give you the 36 monthly or
60 monthly payment amounts. Most cabins will require a deposit and
your first month’s payment to place your order.
We also have bank financing available through Classic Bank Of
Giddings.

If you would like Enterprise Super Center to complete the entire
interior finish out and possibly furnish appliances, this is the
proper column for pricing. We allow you to select desired finishes
if we have not already installed them.
To completely finish out a cabin from start to finish takes
roughly 4 – 6 months.
There is free delivery from this lot up to 50 miles. After 50,
there will be an additional fee.

Suppose you happen to visit our lot in Giddings and discover:1.
A cabin under construction without an owner at the time 2.
Construction has started on the interior of this actual cabin shell
3. You would like to purchase as is and finish the rest yourself.
Check with sales team to find out what has been spent to this point
and you can purchase and take over.
