The thesis take into consi-deration an area between portogruaro and concordia Sagittaria, an extremely wide area but at the same time very important for both two towns.The idea to create this new power plants and to restore a role to the river lemene fits within a broader scena-rio that takes into account growth of the two cities to the year 2050.The project includes a bike

path that connects the two centers, to which hangs the entire system of buildings and the urban park.The buildings include the settlement of residences, public spaces and services sectors, while the urban park instead wants to offer the opportunity to enjoy a green space / agriculture and meeting / play / relax, without however giving up the close-ness to the center.
