we laminate a high performance insulation layer directly to a lightweight and breathable interior fabric and cover it with durable, but light, windproof/waterproof/breathable GORE-TEX® Pro Shell fabric.

SOFTSHELLSSoftshells are a new generation of technical outerwear that provide elemental protection with increased comfort and stretch mobility. A highly durable outer face sheds moisture and resists wind, protecting the warm inner fleece and

preserving body heat. Engineered to allow internal moisture to escape during activity and to dry quickly, Softshells are highly versatile and functional garments for all outdoor endeavours.

SHIPPING

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Two-day and overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order invoice.

RETURNS

All orders through our corporate channel are final sale. We look forward to working together to ensure you find a product that will best meet your needs. However there will be no opportunity for returns or exchange on custom embroidered garments.

SAMPlE RETURNS, WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Arc’teryx proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Arc’teryx for the practical lifetime of the product. Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.

All items being returned to Arc’teryx MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Pre-authorization must be obtained by calling a corporate sale representative. The RA# must be prominently displayed on the outside of all return shipping boxes. Unfortunately, items shipped to our Returns Facility without an RA number will not be cleared and risk being refused by customs and our facility.
