• When a customer registers a complaint, the Docket number, date and time of registration of the complaint is communicated through SMS to the consumer.

Step-3: Choose and click on Complaint Booking and for Tracking Status of Service Request/Complaint Booking/Appeals.
Step-4: Select the Circle and use online services without registration or with registration
