Occupancy load (1654 x 5) - 8270 persons + 60 no. for commercial

Total Water Demand - 11,19,450 lit./day

Expected sewage generation - 10,07,505 lit./day

STP Capacity - 1050 m3 /day

The plant will be designed for extended aeration process and its capacity will be as below:

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM DETAILS

1. Fire provisions are proposed as per local fire authority & NBC.

2. Refuse areas are provided as per the requirements of Town Planning Authority / D.C. rules of PMC.

3. Overhead water tank having capacity of 20000 Ltrs. is proposed in each building.

4. Hydrant valve & house reel are proposed at each landing with necessary equipments.

5. Fire service inlets are proposed at near the Main Entrance Gate in such a way that It should be accessible for fire service personal for easy operation.

6. In the Underground water tank, main fire pump with standby pump & Jokey Pump are proposed, with Positive Suction.

7. Booster pumps are proposed on Terrace Level of each building.

8. Generator back-up will be provided to every fire pump.

9. Court yard Hydrant System is proposed as per the fire authority rules.

10. One fire cum stretcher lift and one fire staircases are proposed to be provided with fire retardant doors in each building.

11. Transformers are proposed out of the buildings.

12. Portable fire extinguishers are proposed to be installed at strategic location such as-

• Main metering panel in each building. • Transformer room • Lift rooms & pump rooms • Entrance lobby of each building • Parking area

13. Telephone numbers of fire brigade, nearest hospital and such other emergency numbers are proposed to be displayed on the notice boards.

14. Photo luminous fire exit & other signs are proposed to be provided on each floor and other necessary places.
