The project "Electricians and Electrification in the Collective Memory" (2011-2012) had FDEE SC Electrica Transilvania Sud SA as beneficiary. The sociological research aimed to recover and enhance the Brasov habitants’ representations on historical evolution of their relationship with electricity suppliers. The aim of the research was to improve the FDEE SC Electrica Transilvania Sud SA’s relationship with beneficiaries, business partners and employees. The research team conducted oral history interviews with former employees and a random sample of elderly people in the county of Brasov and gathered a collection of photographs and newspaper articles on electrification. The research outcomes are presented in the volume "All those with people are done..."

1. The project "Electricians and Electrification in the Collective Memory" (2011-2012) had FDEE SC Electrica Transilvania Sud SA as beneficiary. 2. The project ”Work motivation and work culture: redefining equity theory constructs in Romanian cultural context” (2011-2013), has been financed by UEFISCDI, contract no PN-II-RU-PD-2011-3-0071. The project aimed to extend the research on examination of equity theory constructs across cultures, generating both theoretical developments and empirical evidence. The project objectives were focused on identifying rewards allocation preferences in a particular cultural context (equity, equality, need-based), exploring cultural definition of equity theory in Romania, and developing a conceptual and methodological framework for future cross-cultural research. The project result are useful both for scholars and professionals interested in developing the local workforce.

3. The project "Health of older people in Brasov County" (2011), had the Brasov County Council as beneficiary. The project aimed to investigate the attitudes towards health among the elderly. The project developed an empowerment program for the target group (i.e., the elderly), implemented through the existing network of social services within the municipality. Within the 695 people aged over 65 years were informed on the existing social services. The research results are useful to draw lines on developing a program for empowerment of older people regarding their health.

4. The project "Map of Brasov County social problems" (2008 -2010), had the Brasov County Council as main beneficiary. The project aimed to identify the social problems of communities and to make recommendations useful for local authorities on the following dimensions: spatial planning, economic development, political system, institutional development, health development, transport development, tourism development, confidence and community social capital. The project results were summarized in a volume edited by Transilvania University of Brasov Publishing House

5. The project "Human Resource from Brasov area - a Sociological Assessment" (2007), was conducted with logistical support of ICCO Group and has as beneficiary the local public administration. The concept and the coordination were carried out by Assoc. Prof. Gheorghe Onuţ. The data collection was conducted with the participation of the students and graduates of the Sociology bachelor study program. The research report is public, being intended for developers, investors and HR specialists.
