We have nearly 30 years’ experience transforming our
client’s aspirations into beautiful interiors, taking care of
every detail required.
As interior designers, we add commercial acumen
to creativity. As suppliers, we bring a design focus
to procurement. Our unique expertise enables us to
protect the integrity of a project, while meeting the
realities of deadlines and budgets. We have specialist
experience across a range of sectors worldwide, from
vast international airports, to beautiful tailor-made
private residences.
At our London Head Office you’ll find architects,
designers, FF&E specialists, Project Managers and
Quantity Surveyors working side by side; what unites us
is simple, the ambition of the brief. We currently have
250 employees ideally located in London to serve all
our International clients.

From quick fit-out projects with tight $50,000 budgets to
vast multi-phased schemes with budgets of $10billion,
our Project Managers ensure that we deliver at all
stages. They are involved from the beginning, working
in close collaboration with our designers to establish
a project’s programmes and schedules; resulting in

Using the survey data collected, we can establish the optimum amount of space required for each organisational function and whether it needs an open or closed planning solution. Our goal is to create the right balance of open planning, closed offices and collaborative areas that promote new ways of working specific to your organisation.
We can advise on the right amount of space and balance of work areas that promotes open communication and increased productivity. We can use block planning, area zoning and space planning to design and create a new and efficient planning standard for your organisation.
After finalising your design, we can conduct a ‘Test Fit’ to ensure we have covered and addressed all concerns. We can test any number of items, gather feedback, conduct surveys with users and analyse how the space will be used on a daily basis to ensure maximum efficiency.
Making sure workforces can interact and communicate is vital to any successful business, and we believe teams that can do so without relying solely on technology are more effective. Ensuring your property portfolio supports this is sometimes difficult. We can work with you to analyse how your offices are used, teams interact and how your work-flow is managed, and make recommendations on how you could improve, stream-line and support your working practices across your entire portfolio.
We understand that moving a workforce to new premises or moving them back into familiar space is a daunting, complex and time consuming task. We can help ease this process by managing this time sensitive process, working around your core business requirements, moving people and goods as efficiently as possible, impacting on your valuable time as little as possible. We are also able to spend time training staff on how to better use the space, explaining and demonstrating design features that have been designed to better their experience. We are committed to delivering sustainable developments wherever possible. In fact, we are currently working on over 700,000m2 of LEED compliant interiors.
This starts with making sure we keep abreast of the
latest products, materials and techniques, and ensuring
that we minimise our own environmental impact at
our London Head office. We embrace sustainability
as part of the creative challenge and our teams are
adept at working on projects that comply with various
international standards including LEED, BREEAM and
SKA Ratings. Environmental concerns are considered
from the outset, and are regularly self-assessed
throughout the project. We also work closely with
external specialists to ensure our designs are compliant
within legislative and desired parameters.
Working on a project from the very beginning and
across all stages affords us several significant benefits
with regards to sustainable design. We can design
and programme in many factors that can help reduce
energy consumption, carbon emissions and to help
offset initial and on-going running costs, these include:
