carry out my activity and attach a document certifying it. 4) attach 6 photos of my ceramics works. 5) I intend to participate:

ARGILLÀ ITALIA - 2nd, 3rd, 4th September 2016 GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION
Only ceramists complying with national tax regulation (Partita IVA for Italians and equivalent VAT regimes for foreigners) or registered in the craft and tradesmen registries will be admitted to the market fair. Applications shall be evaluated by a committee of ceramics experts that will take into account the quality of the artworks presented. Applications should reach our offices NO LATER THAN 29th December 2015: late applications shall not be considered. Applications may be sent: - by post (the postmark shall serve as proof of the date of dispatch) to the

- or by email at [email protected] Applications should be accompanied by the following documents: - application form properly filled in and signed - n. 6 photos (do not send more than 6, preferably in jpg format, minimum 500
kb and, please, NOT BIGGER THAN 2 Mb!) of the artworks to be displayed: please include 2-3 close-up photos, 2-3 photos of a small group, 1 photo of the exhibition as a whole;
- copy of document certifying that the ceramist is legally registered with tax authorities (Partita IVA for Italians or equivalent VAT regimes for foreigners) or registered in craft and tradesmen registries.
The photographs will be returned only on demand. If you wish so, please include a self-addressed and stamped return envelope. Please do not send catalogues or photo books. Like in 2014 and 2012, covered stands will NOT be provided free-of-charge by the organisation. Please, let us know if you intend to participate with your own stand or if you intend to hire one (stand or sunshade), under terms to be communicated. In 2016, diversely from 2014, all exhibitors will be supplied with electricity and it will be not possible to close the stands before official closing times indicated: this has been decided because in 2014 only some 10 ceramists preferred "short hours", creating more difficulties and organizational issues rather than overall advantages and benefits.

We expect to end the selection procedure within February and to contact all the applicants by 15h March 2016: to this purpose please indicate an e-mail address to send you a reply. ARGILLÀ ITALIA - 2nd, 3rd, 4th September 2016 AUTOMATIC ADMISSION REQUEST FORM
In 2016, as written in point 4 of the invitation letter, we will allow the following automatic admissions, deriving from projects and relations of the Municipality of Faenza (connected in particular with the ARGINET project):
• 8 participants from Argilla Aubagne 2015 (the first to apply); • 8 participants from Topfermarkt Gmunden 2015 (the first to apply); • 4 participants from Fira del Cantir Argentona 2015 (the first to apply); • 4 participants from Swieto Ceramiki Boleslawiec 2015 (the first to apply); • 5 ceramists as agreed with the Municipality of Hoehr-Grenzhausen.
Any further admission will be decided upon by the selecting commission; every ceramist interested in participating shall therefore submit their application as described hereafter. Hereby we point out that the automatic admissions will be valid only for non-italian ceramists.
