Argyll Youth Arts is a newly formed collective of organisations and individuals throughout Argyll & Bute dedicated to increasing opportunities for young people to get involved in creative arts activities, work with professional artists and support a dynamic and inspiring youth arts scene across the whole region.

We are committed to giving young people the skills and experience to prepare them for possible future careers in the creative arts and industries.

We are seeking to create new employment opportunities for young people working with us.

One of the first things we want to do is to create a new online media space, like a schools TV channel, to give young people from across Argyll & Bute the chance to share stories and events from their area, as well as giving them a safe platform for showcasing their creative work, like short films, animations, or vlogging.

This digital media space will ensure that young people across Argyll & Bute are sharing ideas and celebrating their achievements. Offering each other support to bring their creative projects and arts ambitions to life. We want to shout about all the fantastic things happening in Argyll & Bute, and we want you to be in charge of doing it.
