Maryland Theatre for the Performing Arts (MTPA) One Step Closer to a Reality

During its Fall MTPA Board of Trustees Meeting held October 2nd, MTPA announced the creation of its new fundraising campaign–MTPA Stage One. Prior to launching the theatre capital campaign, MTPA will raise 1.250M to underwrite strategic funding priorities including communications tools, new renderings, studies and more. This is no casual undertaking. In fact, the momentum achieved over the past year now demands everyone involved to take action

and work toward the common goals for the future of the arts in our great Annapolis community. And everyone can make an im-pact toward achieving these goals as we have developed a "Whole Note" theme that speaks to building The MTPA, "one note at a time." We are therefore proud and thrilled to announce the following: In a partnership with Zachary's Jewelers, including notably Zachary's owner Steve Samaras (MTPA Executive Committee Member), The MTPA will be

announcing a new level of giving: The VISIONARY, that will exemplify supporting this commitment at a level in excess of $250,000. Zachary's Jewelers has designed and expertly crafted these exquisite "whole note" diamond encrusted lapel pins for those attaining VISIONARY status. Steve and the Zachary's team proudly unveiled this "wearable art" to Kathi Terlizzese, MTPA Director of Development, in their ongoing generous support of The MTPA!

The MTPA has recently launched an online funding campaign in support of their Stage One efforts, to make a contribution, visit: https://www.gofundme.com/mtpastageone
