CRAS REFORM AND EXPANSIONThis work was a reform and expansion for the CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center) San Pedro Village, in Pirassununga, SP, solving the problems that the actual building has. The yellow layout is actual walls that are eliminated from the proposed design, and the gray walls are existent walls that still exists in the new design. The actual program has a principal salon, two restrooms, a kitchen, an oce, a little classroom where people have hairdresser class, a warehouse and an exterior terrace. The problems included the lack of space for the kids have some classes (currently, classes occur in the salon and in the terrace); the small salon, being not good to realize some events; the small kitchen, because kids have cookery class there and there is no enough space; a better warehouse and more oces; the lack of adaptation for people with special needs; and also the necessity of a computer class. The requirement is the reform of the building, expanding this building that is small for the program. The site has spaces with no use, which helps in the expansion of the building and construction of the computer class. The computer class is a government program and already has a model oor plan. For CRAS, the oor plan was adapted, reducing the size because of the small demand. The proposed design has main building with an expanded salon that connects with the exterior terrace, where has a stage for events; an expanded kitchen for the kids have their cookery class, with a storeroom; 5 restrooms, being two male, two female, and one for people with special needs; three oces; a warehouse, two classrooms and a another building with a computer class, a reception, three restrooms being one for people with special needs, and a kitchen. The terrace is open for a sports court that will be constructed behind the building, where currently is a huge space a precarious soccer eld. This work was made with AutoCAD.

LIVING ROOM FOR LLC APARTMENTThe goal for this project is re-design a space that has some problems. In this case, the space is the living room and hallway in the apartment in Idaho, USA. The ambient has a living room that is not inviting and nobody uses. In addition, there is some kitchen furnitures in the hallway that people use more, creating a problem with the ow between the living room and the bedrooms and bathroom. To solve this, a project of a cozy living room with a small kitchen and a small dining room was designed. The use of light colors and a mirror are used to expand the ambient visually. The current space has a lack of a dining space, so the dining table solve this, also helping with the circulating in the hallway, replacing the kitchen area that was placed there. This project was made with SketchUp and I-Render.

GLEBEThis work aims to design a neighborhood for 5400 residents, in a land located in Campinas, SP. This project was due in two steps. The rst one was the design of the glebe, with the squares, streets, bike lane, a linear park and built areas. The second part of the project was the detail of one square of the project, designing the buildings. The glebe is composed by a linear park. This linear park has the bike line and a huge deck that accompanying the river. The deck, which is upward the river, is a great place of contemplation. Restaurants, theater, and recreation areas are located inside or near the linear park. The bike line connects all the neighborhood. In a side of the land, there is a railroad that will be re-activated. Mixed-use buildings are located near the train station, inviting the public to go to the glebe. The project is composed by one main road, some secondary roads that hold the public to the theater and other commercial and service areas, and local roads that hold the residents to residencial buildings. The design purpose is the support for public transportation, pedestrians and bicycles, creating less roads and more bus stops, paths and bike lines. Also, the preservation of the local vegetation and the creation of green areas are very important to the project. This work was made by hand.

The square is located in Campinas downtown, SP, and composed by family houses, multi family buildings, commercial and services. Also, a train station composes the building, for a future reactivation of a railway line that has beside the land. The design works with the concave and convex in the shape of the buildings.

A multi family building has an organic shape and is supported by pilotis, which helps the ow of people in the land. Other three multi family buildings are located on a huge slab. Beside this huge slab, there is the parking lot for residents of the buildings. And beside this parking lot, there is the commerce and service area, and a public parking lot. The family houses are located in the south of the landing, and segregated from the public area by the topography (the houses are located in a higher level than the public areas. It is a strategy to make a private space without walls). The work was made by hand.

This work is a physical model of the Holy House of Mercy (located in Campinas, SP Brazil). The purpose is to build a model of the historic building, with all the architecture details. The building was inaugurated in 1876, and already had a restoration. Some areas of the building was not part of the original design, so they are not included in the physical model. In mid last century, the hospital services were distributed in 4 medical wards, 4 surgery, 2 pediatrics, ophthalmology 1, 1 otorhinolaringology, cardiology 1 and 2 phthisiology. They also had free dental care service, installed in the adjoising pavilion "d. Ester Nogueira".

The project purpose is design a housing for students at the Pontical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCC). Currently, the university doesn't have a housing for the students. The design program is design cube residence units (6x6x6m), which contains a mezzanine with 3x6m, and create buildings with these units. Each residence unit is designed for two students, and the total of residents for the housing is 120.The design goal is create a comfortable residence for the students of the PUCC. Each residence is composed with a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom in the rst oor, and two bedrooms in the second oor. Each residence has balconies with plants, which helps the composition of the building elevations. The housing is composed by 6 buildings that have 8 residence units each, and 3 buildings that have 4 residence units each. Each building is located in a dierent level of the landing, has green roof, and has the parking lot located underground the building. The accesses for the residences are made by staircases. Also, the project has a recreation area and a commercial area. The recreation area has a barbecue space, a pergola and a swimming pool. The commercial area is composed by four buildings that has a cube design to converse with the residences. This area is open for the neighborhood. The street that gives access to the entrance of the housing and to the commerce ends inside the university, facilitating the route of the students to their classes. This work was made by hand.
