New Orleans, Louisiana In the French Quarters a street musician
nostalgically plays "What A Wonderful World". As we stopped to
listen to the sweetness of the melody the meaning of the words made
me realize that this city is still recovering from a near-death
experience

Vienna, Austria Even though the heavy rain spoiled our plans
for the day, at that moment, there was nothing else that I would
have rather done than sit there gazing down at the streets of
Vienna listening to the falling rain on the windowsill.

Madrid, Spain Once the Flamenco Dancer started we understood
why we were told to visit this village. Everyone was completely
carried away by what was happening in the center of the circle.
Chatter stopped and hushed silences were followed by eruptions of
whooping and applause. It was an amazing feeling to be a part of
such unreserved emotion.

Leros, Greece I quickly learned that Greeks believe in enjoying
life! At the center of that life you find music and dance. We found
ourselves in the middle of the Oxi Day celebration! Whether the
music was fast, slow, or medium paced, Greeks could not help it,
they got off their seats and joined the circle.
