ARSON - LOS ANGELES Los Angeles, California May 30, 2020 REWARD The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of those responsible for the arson. DETAILS The Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Los Angeles Field Office and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) are seeking the public's assistance in identifying an individual responsible for the burning of a police vehicle in downtown Los Angeles, California, on May 30, 2020. On Saturday, May 30, 2020, at the intersection of 7th Street and Figueroa Street, the suspect (and others not pictured) poured fire accelerant into a marked Los Angeles Police Department police vehicle, causing the vehicle to burn. The unknown suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'7" to 5'11", with a lean build. He wore his hair in a mohawk style with a high fade. He wore a black t-shirt with dark pants, and had what may be a circular tattoo on his right tricep. Anyone with information regarding this unknown suspect is asked to call the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office at (310) 477-6565, or the SAFE LA Task Force at (213) 486-6840.
