Operations Manager Individual will report to Atlas Performing Arts Center’s Executive Director with additional reporting duties to the Director of Finance and Administration. Job Summary: Ensures optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, technical, electrical, fire/life safety, IT and elevator along with cleaning, maintenance and janitorial needs and supply procurement. Manages facilities staff. Serves as office administrator Supervisory: Facility staff Essential Duties: Oversee and manage all preventive maintenance and service contracts for the building including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and elevator. Oversee and manage building security systems and fire/life safety systems and procedures. Oversee and manage all inspections and audits for code compliance, government reporting and insurance requirements. Oversee and manage all building and system repairs as necessary including maintenance of office equipment such as copier, phone system, fax machine etc. Oversee and manage all IT needs including telephone (voice and data) for the facility. Ensure building and grounds are cleaned, neat and orderly and that trash and all waste and pest management systems and protocols are followed including cleaning and organization of administrative office spaces. Order and manage inventory for all supplies necessary for the facility/administrative office. Manage the Facility Budget and Capital Budget in conjunction with Director of Finance and Administration and Executive Director Manage all tenant and staff facility and administrative requests including scheduling of meeting rooms. Troubleshoot all facility and administrative issues. Manage incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries. Hire, supervise and train all facilities staff Work in conjunction with all levels of management and across department lines Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience in facilities and operations management and staff supervision. College degree preferred. Individual will be out going with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to cultivate and maintain
