AN INDELIBLE BLACK INK "X" MARK SHALL COVER 50% OF THE BAD BOARD ON BOTH SIDES.
THERE IS A MASTER X-OUT PAD WHICH WILL BE DRILLED OUT AND READ TO INDICATE THE PRESENCE OF A BAD BOARD ON THE ARRAY.
5.3 PACKAGING:
5.3.1 ARRAYS SHALL BE PACKED TO PREVENT DAMAGE IN SHIPPING AND HANDLING PER MOTOROLA SPEC 1210601A.
5.3.2 ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE SILICONE, SULFUR AND CHLORINE FREE AND BE NON-ABRASIVE AND NON-CONTAMINATING.
