• 2 pages typed minimum. Times New Roman, 12 pt. font, double spaced

• Must include 3 sources, cite them when you paraphrase or quote

Artist Poster

• A Bibliography taped or written on the back of the poster.– Wikipedia is not a valid source– Reputable websites are acceptable– See the teacher if you are unsure of your source

• Minimum two (2) well known artworks from the artist, that you will present on

Choosing Your ArtistSearch for an artist by art movement:• Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque• Neoclassical, Romanticism, Realism• Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Fauvism and Expressionism• Cubism, Futurism, Dada, Surrealism• Abstract Expressionism, Pop Art Your chosen artist must be from the Gothic period or later. Doing a quick online search should give you a large list from which to choose. Be sure that you will be able to find out enough information about your artist before you make your choice.

Each student must have an artist that has not been chosen by anyone else in class.
