Malfoy Legacy.



The sky overhead Malfoy Manor was dark and broad, lightened only by the soft wisps of

translucent silver clouds and the delicate glow of moonlight. Stars freckled the sky like

tiny meteors, brightly shimmering through the shades of blue in a fiery dance.

Everything down below was lit just as wonderfully; lanterns—bright, sun-colored, and

swirling—tangled the trees, their shiny ribbons coiling the trunks with glittery light.

Fairydust hovered the ground, like small flecks of powdered crystal.

Laughter and gossip, from the near-hundred Veela attending the party, trailed the

soft, warm winds of spring like a hum, moving with the wine-scented, cheery-air. They

danced in circles around large marble statues and fine stone fountains, and gathered by spherical tables with pallid silk sheets.

Though the Manor had been left open—roof removed to face an open sky, floating

candles to shine the night, floors polished the color of silver—not many loitered inside,

choosing instead to engage outside in the beautiful, pre-Summer air.
