ARTEE East Zone Workshop in Muzaffarpur (BIHAR) on 18.12.16

…. A Report. The one day East Zone Workshop in Muzaffarpur on 18th December 2016 has been a grand success. More than 200 delegates from Bihar and Jharkhand actively participated in the Workshop. In the inaugural session Sh. Suresh Sharma, MLA Muzaffarpur was the chief guest and Sh. V.G Mallagi, Dy. Director Engg. was the guest of honor. Sh. Maloy Kr. Das, AGS, East Zone coordinated and Sh. Umesh Chandra, President, ARTEE presided over the function. Sh. Maloy stressed the need to strengthen the FM Coverage in areas adjacent to Nepal. Sh. Umesh explained the staff related problems and need to upgrade Muzaffarpur DDK since it is one of oldest Centre in Bihar. Sh. Mallagi in his address assured for positive approach of O/o ADG (EZ). In the key note address Sh. Suresh Sharma expressed his concern about the problems of staff of AIR and DD and assure to use his influence to solve the problems. Sh. Sharma is a very influential person in circles of ruling party in Centre. After lunch, a very useful delegate session was conducted. In the delegate session, Sh.Ajit (AIR Patna), Sh. Dharmendra Singh (DDK Patna), Sh.C.B.Shukla, Sh.U.K.Shukla, Sh. Jawed Anjum and many other participated. President from the dias explained the current scenario about Organization and on updated Members on Cadre Based issues. President assured that he is open to solve all Organizational issues amicably and through dialogues but indiscipline cannot be tolerated any more. In the closing session Sh. Ajay Nishad, Hon'ble M.P, who could not attend morning session due to getting his flight delayed as the weather was bad, came and interacted with President. He assured to take up the issues with Hon'ble I & B Minister and got these settled. He called ARTEE leadership to meet him in Delhi. At the end of Workshop a nice cultural programme was organized by the Artists who presented excellent songs and dance sequences in Hindi, Bhojpuri and in Mathili languages.The event was covered by widely by Print and Electronic Media. Central office extend warm thanks and Congratulate for the astounding success of the workshop to Sh. Maloy Kr Das, Sh. Ashok Kumar, Sh. L.K. Chaudhary, Sh. Sh.U.K.Shukla , Sh. Jawed Anjum , Sh.C.B.Shukla, Sh. Ajit (AIR Patna), Sh. B.S.Chaudhary, Sh. R.N. Jha, Sh. N.K. Kha, Sh. R.K.Tiwari, Sh. Ajit (Muzaffarpur) and many Members who helped in organizing this Workshop. Above all we appreciate the participation of ARTEE Members of Bihar and Jharkhand who took all the pain and assemble in such large number despite bad weather and troubles in travelling due to cold. It was the fittest reply to divisive and negative forces. Overall the Muzaffarpur Workshop is grandly successful. We believe that ARTEEians will always be on forefront and will do it again and again in future also.
