Page 1 Article instructions: Add logo and/or print These instructions will help you customize Aflac Employee Toolkit articles by adding your company’s logo. If you prefer to circulate or print the document without a logo, simply follow steps 1 (to remove the placeholder text) and 5 (to print). The following instructions apply to both Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro software: Step 1 » Open the Comment tab. » Click the Text tool. » Select the “INSERT LOGO HERE” text in the document and delete it. » If a logo will not be inserted, skip to Step 5. Step 3 » Click the Browse button to find the desired logo. Your logo should be a PDF or an .eps file. » Select Standard Business Category and type a name for your logo. » Click OK Step 2 » In the Comment tab, select Stamp Tool. » Select Custom Stamp. » Select Create Custom Stamp.

Article instructions: Add logo and/or print

These instructions will help you customize Aflac Employee Toolkit articles by adding your company’s

logo. If you prefer to circulate or print the document without a logo, simply follow steps 1 (to remove

the placeholder text) and 5 (to print).

The following instructions apply to both Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro software:

Step 1 » Open the Comment tab.

» Click the Text tool.

» Select the “INSERT LOGO HERE” text in the document and delete it.

» If a logo will not be inserted, skip to Step 5.

Step 3 » Click the Browse button to find the desired logo. Your logo should be a PDF or an .eps file.

» Select Standard Business Category and type a name for your logo.

» Click OK

Step 2 » In the Comment tab, select Stamp Tool.

» Select Custom Stamp.

» Select Create Custom Stamp.

Step 4 » Click Stamp Tool.

» Select Standard Business.

» Locate and select your logo.

» Using your cursor, place your logo in the upper

left corner of the article and resize as desired.

» Save your file.

Step 5 » To print the document with your logo,

select Document and Stamps from the

Comments and Forms dropdown menu.

» If you are printing without a logo, select

Document from the Comments and Forms

dropdown menu.

» Select Print.
