ASAE is an administrative authority and an organ of the criminal police, organized hierarchically, which has the task of monitoring the conduct of economic activities in the food and non-food sector and assist the judicial authorities in the detection and investigation of criminal offenses within their jurisdiction or delegated to it by the competent judicial authorities.

Generalized confidence from the Sectorial EO’s Associations and the Consumers /
Citizens in ASAE’s performance. Participation of ASAE in several fora dissemination of
preventive measures.
