Neighbors identified Mary Francis Driscoll as the woman who was found semiconscious on a bed Sunday morning inside her home at 93 Courtshire Drive — the home community residents said Driscoll lived for more than a decade. Property and voting records also indi- cate that the home is owned and occu- pied by Mary Driscoll, 94. Driscoll’s granddaughter Katherine Schubert, 37, was found inside the house, intoxicated and sitting in the kitchen, ac- cording to a statement by Al Della Fave, a spokesman for the Ocean County Pros- ecutor’s Office. Driscoll suffered multiple injuries from the beating, which included bleed- ing in the brain, bloodshot eyes and mul- tiple cuts and bruises.
