Global Protocol for Community‐scale GHG emissions inventories (GPC)

• A global city‐scale GHG accounting and reporting standard • Harmonized and consistent with existing standards• Developed by ICLEI, C40 and WRI with collaboration from 

World Bank, UNEP and UN‐Habitat• Reviewed by international GHG experts and tested by 33 

cities in the world• Final ｖersion to be launched in Dec.2014
