With a number of versatile function rooms of various sizes, The Hawthorns, is the perfect venue for a wide range of events. The largest of these suites is the Richardson Suite which can accommodate up to 300 guests and is offered within the external catering package.

Our external catering package includes:

• Room hire of the Richardson Suite (for up to 12 continuous hours)• Duty manager• Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests• Dancefloor 12ft x 12ft• White linen table cloths• Crockery, cutlery and glassware (see stocklist)• Free parking in the East Stand car park• Clients may provide their own alcoholic beverages

300 of each of the following are included within the stocklist based upon the Richardson Suite package rate:

• Starter plates• Main course plates• Bowls• Tea/Coffee cups and saucers• Starter knives and forks• Main course knives and forks• Main course spoons• Tea spoons• Wine glasses• Water glasses• 30 water jugs

Informationfor using External Caterers

The Hawthorns boasts a range of function rooms designed with comfort, versatility and optimum performance in mind to ensure maximum client satisfaction, making The Hawthorns the perfect venue for your event. A variety of our suites are available to hire for your function and our award winning chef can provide fantastic food to make your event that little bit more special. All of the suites within our East Stand boast their own private bar area, easy lift access and toilet facilities, as well as, free parking on our 300 space East Stand car park. Our Richardson Suite is the largest of our function rooms and has a capacity for 300 guests. This suite has recently undergone refurbishment to offer the ultimate in luxury and comfort and is located on the first floor of the East Stand, with lift access from our main reception. The Richardson Suite also boasts its own private bar and toilet facilities as well as easy access to our East Stand car park. Am I able to book a viewing?It is possible to book a viewing of our facilities prior to making your booking. Please contact a member of our Conference & Banqueting team on 0871 271 9820 to arrange a viewing.

What times do I have access to the suite?The hire of the facilities at West Bromwich Albion is for a maximum period of 12 hours. We can therefore tailor the times you have access to the suite dependent upon the necessary requirements for your event.

Where can I park?Free parking for up to 300 vehicles is provided on our East Stand car park – directly outside our main reception.

What times will the bar be open?For Saturday functions the bars can be open from midday – 11:30pm and for Sunday functions the bars may be open from midday – 10:30pm

Are we able to provide our own drinks?As part of our asian events package you are entitled to provide your own alcoholic beverages at no additional cost. However,

when providing your own drinks it is the responsibility of the client/approved caterer to provide their own glassware, staff and to set up any bar areas or drinks on tables. Any beverages must be delivered to The Hawthorns at a mutually agreed time and must include a full stock list. It is possible for clients to provide their own keg, however this must include their own remote cooler and gas and no connection to the West Bromwich Albion beer line will be permitted under any circumstances.

Are the tables and room laid out for us?West Bromwich Albion’s on-site staff will lay the room according to the approved table plan. Confirmation from the client/approved caterer of when crockery, cutlery and glassware is required and must be received at least ten days prior to your event. Your caterers will then lay up for the event.

Is it possible to decorate the suite?Following prior discussion and approval from our Conference & Banqueting team it is possible for you to decorate the suite providing no damage is caused to the fixtures and fittings.

who will be able to help with any enquiries you have relating to your event.

• A preferred date for your event can be held for up to two weeks (subject to availability) with no need to pay a deposit. If our Conference & Banqueting team do not hear from you following the two week period we will try to make contact with you. If we are unable to make contact with you then we will release your provisional booking to enable other customers the opportunity to book.

• To confirm the date a written booking confirmation will need to be returned by email or post to our Conference & Banqueting team. Please ensure that all information including customer contact details and event information are included.

• At this point it will be necessary to complete payment of a £500 deposit along with a signed contract agreement. Any remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to your event date. Full Terms & Conditions from West Bromwich Albion will be included in your contract agreement.
