REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION FEE 30 USD per discipline
DEADLINE The deadline for team registration is 10 days before the 1st day of the event, at Midnight IST: December 2nd, 2019 Midnight
START LIST Registered competitors not confirmed as present by 1700 HRS on the 11th of Dec 2019 will be deleted from the official starting list
IMPORTANT NOTE* Only Team Officials and competitors holding a valid International Licence shall be eligible to participate in Asian Youth Championship

QUOTA
TEAM OFFICIALS Member federations may register, within statutory deadlines, all
their teams officials who shall be granted free entry into the competition venue. These officials shall be registered via the IFSC website (egroupware), must be in possession of a valid international license and should be specifically nominated for one of the following roles:
1. One (1) Head of Delegation 2. Three (3) Coaches per discipline 3. Three (3) qualified medical or paramedical personnel

Getting to the venue from the official hotels All the official hotels are located in the City Centre, in close proximity to the venue, with good availability of cabs and public transportation. You can either hail a taxi or walk down to the venue from the hotel.

You can also choose to walk down from the hotel to the venue, which should take about 15 minutes. The walking route is about 1.5 Kms. and takes you through Cubbon Park, the oxygen zone of Bengaluru. Please ask the GETHNAA officials or hotel staff for the walking directions.
