- Client information is faxed to QuitLine or Smoke Cessation Clinic for follow-up within 3 days

-QuitLine or Smoke Cessation Clinic consolidate and update Angela and dentists/students on the

client’s quit progress - Information to be uploaded on Titanium

-Clients are screened for tobacco use status and their

intention to quit-Smoking history information to be uploaded to Titanium

Clients are counseled using Motivational Interview

(10-15mins)

At the clinic area

- If not ready to quit, provide simple collateral for future follow-up

Not receptive to QuitLine follow-up

In the Dental Health Education Room

If prefer face to face counselling - refer to Smoke Cessation Clinic for follow-up
