INSURANCE INSTRUCTION FOR THE HIRE PURCHASE MEMBER CASE NO_______

1. Your car has been insured from date of Delivery Order and insurance

Certificate will be issued within one month of delivery on yearly basis. Renewal of

insurance policy on yearly basis will be processed automatically by the CSD/

Insurance Coy and your car will be insured for max pd of 5 years from the date of

delivery. Its depreciation in value will be @ 5% per annum of invoice price of the

car.

2. Insurance Policy/ Insurance Certificate will be forwarded to you on receipt

from the insurance company.

3. Please contact/ coordinate on under mentioned telephone numbers for

insurance claim in case of accident/ theft/ loss as on required basis. Also forward

incident report in writing direct to the Insurance Company with a copy to Hire

Purchase Division Car Section. Head Office, CSD Rawalpindi.
