40 Days for Life St. William Day!
Come pray for the unborn babies and their mothers! St. William’s parishioners will gather today,
October 22nd from 1:15 – 3:15pm at Planned Parenthood, 2430 Poplar Avenue, for the 40 Days for
Life prayer vigil. Join us for a complimentary lunch after the 11am Mass before we carpool to the vig-
il. Please consider spending time with us on the side-walk, praying for life! Here in Memphis, our prayers
and efforts through 40 Days for Life has led to almost 100 babies saved that we know of! If you have any
questions, please feel free to call Bridget at 628-3207. Invite your friends! We have a permit this
time so we can gather in great numbers!
The visible, public centerpiece of 40 Days for Life Memphis is a consecutive 40 day, 12 hour prayer vigil outside
Planned Parenthood to offer love, help and hope to mothers and their unborn babies. As we pray, we assist the mothers
considering abortion - showing them love and offering resources so they know that they don't need to destroy their life or their baby's life. We are a witness to the sanctity of
life! The vigil goes from September 27th – November 4th, and people pray on the sidewalk in front of Planned
Parenthood from 6am to 6pm. Please join us for St. William's slot, but also sign up for additional hours if you
can! www.40daysforlife.com/memphis/. What a great offering of your time and prayer!
