events. We also seek to maintain constructive relations with local financial and

regulatory institutions and promote the professional and ethical standards of

CFA Institute.

CFA Society France is a part of the CFA Institute ecosystem:

150 countries

There were over 164 000 registered candidates for the December 2014 and

June 2015 exams, of whom 3 084 in Paris.

We have a yearly strategic partnership contract with CFA Institute whereby we’ve

been receiving during the past 4 years 15 hours per week of Valérie de Kergorlay‘s

time. Valérie is based in London and is an essential contributor to our organisation,

helping us define and achieve our strategic objectives, whilst providing our members

with the highest standards of service.

Valérie finished in 2015 an Executive Master in International Association

Management of the Solvay Brussels School, Economics and Management.

As during the previous term, your board spent one day in London to exchange with

our operational contacts at CFA Institute on strategy and projects

ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



• Regular and affiliate members of CFA Society France can vote at the

AGM.

• For those who haven’t used the online voting system, proxies to be

handed over to Patrice Pasquier.

• Members elect 5 to 9 directors for a one year-term starting as from the

date of the AGM.

• For the 2015-2016 fiscal year, there are 9 candidates.

•The elected directors will elect senior officers shortly after the AGM:

president, vice president, secretary, treasurer

Erik Bobbink, CFA

Erik is a finance & risk consultant at Accenture. Prior to working for

Accenture, Erik spent 3 years at PwC as an auditor. Erik specializes

in using technology to help financial firms grow sales and find optimal

solutions to difficult problems.

Erik holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He graduated

from HEC Paris in 2010. Erik is a Dutch and American citizen and speaks

French, Dutch and English.

Jean-Francois Bouilly, CFA

Jean-Francois is an independent advisor.

He founded Latitude Capital Management in 2005 to manage

an equity market neutral fund based on fundamental and systematic factor

analysis. In 2012, Latitude started a global asset allocation fund of funds and

was bought in 2014 to become Artesis Asset Management. Jean-Francois left in

March 2015.

Previously, he worked for Crédit Lyonnais in Japan in 1982 and started

managing Japanese equities from Paris in 1984. He then opened as CIO, in

1991, the Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management office in Tokyo (CLAM Japan),

where he continued to manage Japanese equity portfolio as well as global

portfolios for Japanese investors. Back to the Paris head office in 1999, he

created and headed the "Equity Markets and Portfolio Analysis Team" and

became CLAM Equity Strategist.

Jean-François is a CFA Charterholder and past President of CFA Society

France (2005-2008). He received his engineer degree from Ecole Centrale de

Lyon in 1981.

Julien Coudert, CFA

Julien is an asset manager. He has worked as a mutual fund

and portfolio manager for eight years and then decided to create

his own investment company in 2013, Compagnie Saint Eusice, which he now

runs.

Charterholder since 2010, Julien is an active member of the society and was a

board member and Research Challenge Chair in 2011-2012.

Patricia Donnelly, CFA

Patricia Donnelly has been active in CFA Society France since she

earned her Charter in 2002. In addition to holding the Candidates Chair

(since 2003) and the Scholarships Chair, she has served on the board as

General Secretary, Vice President and President (2009-2012).

She is responsible for consultant services at BNP Paribas Investment

Partners and lived in Canada and the UK before settling in France.

Jean-Philippe has been head of credit research at OFI AM since 2010.

Before joining OFI AM, Jean-Philippe was head of credit at Solent Capital

Partners (London) and senior credit analyst at Dolmen Securities (Dublin).

Previously, Jean-Philippe held various positions in credit analysis with various

European financial institutions.

Jean-Philippe received his CFA charter in 2004 and joined the board of CFA

Society France in July 2013 when he was elected as co-chair of the

programming committee and chair of the Advocacy FAR (Financial Analysis and

Reporting) committee.

Myriam Ferran, CFA

Myriam has over 15 years of experience in Financial services industry.

She started her career as a Junior Financial Analyst at Associés en Finance

then joined AXA Investment Managers as a Performance Measurement Analyst

in 2000. She then joined State Street Banque in 2004 and held different

management roles and led transformation projects in an international context. In

2015, she joined Cognizant in Paris in the Bank and Financial Services practice.

CFA Charterholder and a CFA Society France Member since 2008, Myriam has

started as a volunteer in the University Relationship committee before being

elected as a director of CFA Society France Board in 2013.

Myriam holds a master's degree from Magistere Economist-Statisticien from the

Toulouse School of Economics and also graduated from INSEAD in December

2012.

Matthieu Génisson, CFA

Matthieu has been Portfolio Manager for Crédit Agricole since September 2013

and a lecturer at Université Paris Dauphine for four years.

He is also a permanent member of the retail shareholder consultative committee

of Lagardère SCA.

Matthieu has been an active volunteer with CFA Society France since 2014,

working both on the Research Challenge and the European QuantAwards.

Matthieu received his CFA charter in 2014. He also holds a Master Degree in

Financial Engineering from Paris Dauphine University.

Inna Mufteeva, CFA

Inna joined Natixis Global Market Research team as an economist in

2009. She is currently in charge of the statistical follow-up of several

Emerging Europe countries, the elaboration of macroeconomic scenario

as well as internal and external communication of the economic and

financial forecasts. Her analyses allow the bank’s clients to better

apprehend current and future economic developments and adjust their

investment strategy accordingly.

Inna joined the Board of the CFA Society France in 2014 to participate in

the activities of the Events, Volunteers and Membership Committees. She

previously volunteered for the Society events organization. She received

her CFA charter in 2013.

Inna graduated from University Paris - 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Higher

School of Economics (Moscow).

Séverine Vadon David, CFA

Séverine has a 15 years’ experience in finance with a dual experience

in capital markets and asset management. She has structured or sold

products on a variety of markets (interest rates, equity, alternative

investments) for various client types such as central banks, insurers,

asset managers etc..

She has been Advocacy Chair for CFA Society France since 2011.

Advocacy means speaking up about ethics, fair and transparent capital

markets, and investor protection.

It involves organizing events for members, and liaising with regulators,

professional associations and CFA Institute on regulatory/best practice

issues.
