Thereareopportunitiestousetheevidencethatisbeingcollectedfordifferentpurposes:tounderstandtheprocessesofresearch,knowledgeexchangeandimpactinnearreal-timeandusethatinsighttomakeadjustmentstomaximiseimpact.
Toachievethisweneedtofocusonimprovingreal-timeevidencecapture,data-linkingandinteroperability.Closeddatasetsareapotentialbarriertothis.
