INTRODUCTION

This report presents and sununarizes the results of a 33 "B" Horizon soil sampling program,

completed during the period of June 4th to 5th, 2008, on the Long Lake property in Abrey

Township (Figure 1) of the Thunder Bay Mining District. Cameron Shaw of Ottawa,

Ontario, with assistance from Fred Blair of Winnipeg, Manitoba, undertook the soil program

under the direction of Andrew Tims of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

LOCATION AND ACCESS

The Long Lake property is located in Abrey township and in the McBean Lake area,

approximately 20 kilometre's east of Geraldton, 8 kilometres south of Longlac, in the

Thunder Bay mining district on NTS sheet 42E/10. (Fig. 1). The sampling covered

TB1241540 north of McBean Lake on the McBean Lake Area claim map (G-0321),

centered on UTM Zone 16 coordinates 531242E and 5499082N using NAD83

projection. Access for prospecting was by canoe from the boat launch at the

divergence of the Making Ground River and the forestry access road running beside

it, to t~e south shore of Milbean Lake, where thE prospecting and sampling were

conducted by foot.

CLAIMS AND OWNERSHIP

The Long Lake property consists of 4 contiguous staked claims, comprising

approximately 736 hectares (Figure 2). A list of the claims is found in Table 1

Line cutting was accompanied by a 58.9 kilometre mag/VLF survey. Geological mapping was completed in August. A 13.7 km pole-dipole array IP survey was completed during August. A 10 drill hole, 1,656 meter BQ diamond drill program was conducted by Cyprus Canada Inc. between October 7th and 27th, 1997 Andrew A. Tims staked two claims on June 9th, 2004 A sampling program of 50 liB" horizon and 50 Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) media was undertaken by Andrew A. Tims on old grid lines on the property. Two additional claims were staked on May 5th and 6th, 2007 for Andrew A. Tims by Sky Bridge Development.

REGIONAL GEOLOGY

The Geraldton Gold camp is underlain by the east-southeast striking sediment-

volcanic Barton Bay synclinorium. The sediments are comprised of Precambrian

turbidite assemblages with interbeds of banded iron formation and lesser mafic

volcaniclastic rocks of the Southern Sedimentary unit (Kresz & Zayachivsky, 1991).

Semi-conformable sills of diorite/gabbro, including quartz and quartz-feldspar

porphyry intrude these formations. The sediments/volcanics and intrusives have

been deformed into tight large and small-scale isoclinal folds. Later intrafold and

drag folds have been superimposed on these structures. To the north, the

synclinorium is bound by a sequence of mafic volcanic flows and to the south by a

major east-southeast tectonic structure known as the Barton Bay deformation zone

(BBDZ). See Fig 3.

Several major longitudinal faults trend east-southeast, roughly parallel the axial

planes of the fold structures. These faults have been offset by the southwest trending

Long Lake fault producing a horizontal offset of 1 kilometre and a significant

displacement in the vertical sense. Rocks to the east of this fault are from a deeper

crustal level with a metamorphic grade of upper greenschist to amphibolite.

Lithologies west of Long Lake are of greenschist facies (Kresz & Zayachivsky, 1991).

Mary of the gold deposits in the Geraldton camp are thought to be spatially related

to the low angle splays off of the BBDZ (Bankfield-Tombill fault), as the majority of

the gold production occurs in rocks directly north of this major tectonic structure.

Gold mineralization occurs in several environments but the two most prolific, based

on historical production (Pye, 1951), are the porphyry/sediment contacts and

quartz-ankerite veins within or adjacent to highly folded sections of iron formation.

Between 1934 and 1968, the Geraldton camp produced approximately 2.9 million

ounces of gold at an average grade of 0.17 oz/ton from eleven, moderate to high

grade underground operations. Production statistics for the Geraldton camp are

Ested in Table 2.

WORK PROGRAM SUMMARY

C. Shaw assisted by F. Blair undertook a soil survey on 3 old cut lines (C,W &Wll)

established by Cyprus Canada Inc., west of Milbean Lake (see Map 1). Aside from

CPS positions, the relict lines Cyprus Canada Inc. established were used as

additional reference during the work program (see Figure 4). All of the samples

were collected on claim TB1241540.

1/2 day travel to Thunder Bay Ontario from long Lac, Ontario;

A soil survey composed of 33 liB" horizon soils was conducted. A total of three

survey lines spaced 100 and 200 m apart, totalling 800 m were traversed. Quality

assurance and control of the geochemical data involved taking a duplicates and the

insertion of a blank sample at the south end of each line.

Samples were taken every 25 m using a hand soil auger. Soil samples were taken

below the lowermost organic layer, with the depth below the 1/ A-B' interface

recorded. B horizon material consisted of yellow to orange to orange-red to light

brown to brown to dark brown mineral soit immediately beneath any grey oxidized

horizon.

Samples were placed into paper soil bags, except for the last ten taken which were in

whirlpack bags. Data collected included: sample number, sample location in both

grid as well as UTM coordinates, altitude, depth, vegetation type, colour, sample

type, topography, slope direction, texture, plus a section for noting comments or

cultural features.

Soil samples were delivered by the Andrew Tims to Accurassay Laboratories in

Thunder Bay.

The B horizon samples were dried, and screened through -80 mesh. The -80 portion

is fired in the assay lab. In the fire assay lab, the sample is mixed with a lead based

flux and fused for an appropriate length of time. The fusing process results is a lead

button, which is then placed in a cupelling furnace where aU of the lead is absorbed

by the cupel and a silver bead, which contains any gold, platinum and palladium, is

left in the cupel. The cupel is removed from the furnace and allowed to cool. Once

the cupel has cooled sufficiently, the silver bead is digested using a 1:3 ratio of nitric

acid to hydrochloric acid. The samples are bulked up with 1.0 mls of distilled de

ionized water and 1.0 mls of 1 % digested lanthanum solution. The total volume is

3.0 mls. The samples cool and are vortexed. The contents are allowed to settle. Once

the samples have settled they are analyzed for gold, platinum and palladium using

atomic absorption spectroscopy. The atomic absorption spectroscopy unit is

calibrated for each element using the appropriate ISO 9002 certified standards in an

air-acetylene flame. A control sample with a known gold value and a blank is sent

through the instrument with each batch of samples. The following elements were

determined by ICP analysis; CUI Cd, Pb, Zn, Co, Ni, Y, Ba, Til Ca, Mg, AI, Li, Fe, As,

Sb, Bi, TI, W, Sn, Mo, Ag, B, K, Be, V, Na, Mn, PI Se, Cr, and Si were the elements

analyzed from the B horizon soils.

Data Display

Sample locations are shown on Map 1 with tabulated field notes in Table 3 above.

Assay certificates are located in Appendix 2. Figure 4 includes historical humus and

soil data. For purposes of statistical analysis gold assay values below detection

limit of 5 ppb were given a default value of 2.5.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Previous drilling by Cyprus Canada Inc just to the southwest of this work program

intersected 1.98 g/t Au over 7.3 m in hole SK97-04, 0.58 g/t Au over 5.4 metres in

hole SK97-09 and 1.87 g/t Au over 6.5 metres in hole SK97-10 over a total strike

length of 175 m.

Gold results for the "B" Horizon soils are shown on Map 1 and compared with

humus results in Figure 4 as graduated symbols. The present survey was designed

to test the northwest continuation of gold trends picked up in 2007 soil sampling.

The results indicate no such trends exist.

Further work on Long Lake property should include:

1) Drill testing of the known auriferous mineralization down dip, down

plunge and along strike where indicated by the soil survey should be

conducted.
