Come explore the world of our favorite 10-year-old paleontologist in training. We want to take your audience on a visual and audio trip to enjoy the world of dinosaurs from the comfort of their own homes. Discover@Home is a new initiative that will entertain, educate and inspire children and families. Hi Fellow Paleontologists in Training! I know that you’re probably missing visits to *Museums/Science Centres* right now as much as I am! While we all have to stay home and stay safe, my friends over at *Insert Institution Name Here* have put together some awesome Dino themed activities that you can do from home!

The Dino-Cast
10 x 5-8 min podcastJoin Dana, your favorite Paleontologist-In-Training, on brand new, imagination expanding, audio adventures as she discovers new dinosaurs, solves new Dino Experiments, teams up with some Dino Experts, and transports you to when Dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures walked the earth.
In each episode, Dana will greet her fellow paleontologists-in-training, and let them know about the Dino experiment she’s currently working on. For each experiment, she will pick an expert that she knows from some of her favorite museums and see if they want to help. With the help of her palaeontologist friend, Dana will venture back in time to conduct their Dino Experiment, while taking listeners on an audio journey of the habitat of some of the most fascinating creatures
Ask A Paleontologist
A video series collaboration between the National Girls Collaborative Project, Dino Dana, and Museums across North America.
Dana (Michela Luci) will perform a series of interviews on Zoom with Paleontologist from Museums across the United States and Canada. In each interview the Paleontologist will introduce themselves and their institution, then be asked a series of questions.
› What inspired you to become a paleontologist?
› What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a paleontologist?
› What’s your favourite Dinosaur (or prehistoric creature) that is on display in your museum?”
The vision of the National Girls Collaborative Project (NGCP) is to bring together organizations that are committed to informing and encouraging girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Currently, 33 Collaboratives, facilitate collaboration between 36,400 organizations who serve 20.15 million girls and 9.5 million boys.
