A. BACKGROUNDWork routine and monotonous environment makes us easy to experiencing

saturation. This will result in reduced performance, working relationships with office colleagues, teamwork and others, which in turn affects the rate of growth of the company. We assess that human beings are created with the natural surroundings that follows should always be consistent and complementary. Therefore, the method we use is unity in the wild. So that after attending this event the participants are expected to experience "Re - Fresh" and can improve the ability of the individual and his team.
