Treating your most valuable asset to make sure they have a safe work environment, work-life balance, recognition and are informed with the performance of Kroger. This will in turn make the associates happier and thus improve our Customer 1st strategy.

Sharing sales, CAO scorecard results, P&G successes, Key Retailing news, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Safety and Receipt tracker scores shows our

associates that we care and want them to know that they make the success of Kroger possible.
