COVID 19 Communications Health Check Location & Process: Drive Thru Screening Direct Production Associates Arrival All associates must enter the property via the Hwy#9 entrance and laneway. Health screening drive thru station will be set-up just in advance of the east parking lot entrance. Each car will pull up to the screening station where the supervisor will ask health screening questions and take the associates temperature reading. If associates passes the questions and temperature is below 37.8◦C they will be instructed to park and proceed to enter the plant for their shift. If the associates temperature is greater than or equal to 37.8◦C they will be instructed to park their car and wait for the supervisor to provide a 2 nd test. Following 10 minute wait the supervisor will come to your vehicle to perform a 2 nd test. Following conclusion of 2 nd test, if your temperature is greater than or equal to 37.8◦C you will be requested to return home. Method of taking associate temperature:(Non Contact Infrared Thermometer)

A non-contact infrared thermometer is a thermometer that uses infrared technology to measure an object or person's thermal radiation without the need for any physical contact to be made. This is incredibly useful when measuring the temperature of mechanical and electrical equipment or when dealing with sick patients

All SCI staff taking Associate temperatures will be appropriately trained

PPE & Safety Measures During Health Screening Process:•AS / Production Supervisors will wear protective mask and gloves while administering test•AS/ Production Supervisor will stand behind plexi glass protective barrier while administering test•Entrance door will be held open and cleaned throughout the direct associate screening process.•Every associate entering the plant must disinfect their hands at the Purell hand sanitizer station on the wall in the associate entrance and or the entrance to the ladies change rooms.•If an Associate is symptomatic, all surfaces Associate came in contact with will be disinfecting before proceeding with the screening process.

Health Screening Questions:1. Are you exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms (shortness of breath, dry cough, fever)?2. Have you had close contact with anyone testing positive for Covid-19?3. Have you travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days, or have had close contact with

anyone who has?

Reporting to work but not passing the fever screening process:•If associate fails the temperature reading tests the associate will be restricted access to enter the facility•The associate will be instructed to return home and contact physician or Ontario public health at 1-866-797-0000 to review health condition.•SCI expects and requests associate follows physician / public health directives.•A member from SCI Associate Services team will contact the associate to review nature of public health directive regarding return to work conditions.

•Company provided masks available for voluntary use on all processes (1/day)•Masks offered along with an envelope for storage•Also available to indirect associates who are working on-site

5) When the start of shift chimes begin to travel to your process.

6) Follow the defined travel flow to support physical distancing
