Our Company TimelineWe are still growing..1976: Company foundation in Piraeus
2001: ASDG first Multi purpose supportvessel Argo re-upgrade was completed.
2010: ASDG builds its first speciallydesigned Cable Laying Barge Atalanti.
2015: ASDG acquires its firstConstruction Support Vessel Aethra.
2017: ASDG acquires its secondConstruction Support Vessel, which itfurther enhances the Group’s capacity andcapabilities in the field of subsea cableinstallation.
2008: ASDG fully converts its second Multi PurposeSupport Vessel Astrea.
2013: ASDG acquires AHTS Artemis.
2016: ASDG invests in 26,150 square meters land tobuild a new all-in-one center in the seafront.
2018: New All-in-one operations offices,R&D and Maintenance center in Elefsis(under construction).

Our Fleet
ASDG FleetThe vessels the company normally utilizes in the project execution aremanaged by an affiliated specialist company, Assodivers Marine Services Ltd.And are manned on a rotational basis by circa 110 Greek seaman includingcertified DP operators.
Assodivers Marine Services Ltd. Is a Contractor Member of the MarineDivision of IMCA and holds Documents of Compliance to the InternationalSafety Management (ISM) code by the Greek and Cypriot FlagAdministrators.
