7ecause its the only way I can con+ey the in(or&ation#

There is no nee%* (or e,a&ple* (or &e to present a conceptual &o%el

o( a suspension 'ri%ge# e can si&ply +iew an actual e,a&ple# It

&ay well 'e that in a nu&'er o( years technology will ha+e 'een

%e+elope% to allow a person to e,perience the wi%er reality atwill# The i%ea o( putting a %e+ice o+er ones hea%* plugging it

into a co&puter* an% running an auto&atic projection 8progra&8 is

perhaps not -uite as (ar3(etche% to%ay as it appeare% 20 or 90

into an area o( co&&on consensus reality such as ocus 9 o(

realis& to co&puter ga&es# That is the typical thing I &ean#

li!e that in a particular way* it will in%uce a Phase hi(t in

their (or&er lo+e% ones who ha+e 8%ie%8 just as i( they were still

ali+e Fwhich they are* all they ha+e %one is to shi(t their Pri&ary

Anyhow* the whole notion o( 8o'jecti+ity8 is* in (act* a

translation o( the un%erlying su'jecti+e energy e,pression# I stop

short o( saying that o'jecti+e reality is an illusion* 'ecause itis +ery real# Anyone who thin!s o'jecti+e reality is an illusion

shoul% teach the&sel+es 'etter 'y wal!ing into the nearest

la&ppost# 7ut o'jecti+e reality %oes not e,ist as an in%epen%ent

entity# It is a translation o( the un%erlying su'jecti+e energy#

ithout that un%erlying su'jecti+e energy* o'jecti+e reality woul%

just 'lac! out# It woul% 'e the e-ui+alent o( pulling the plug on a

piece o( electrical e-uip&ent# ;+erything physical woul% just

in+ol+es ocus o( consciousness* an% anything in+ol+ing ocus

To 'egin* you nee% to try an% choose ti&es when your physical 'o%y

is (airly rela,e%# 7ut not so rela,e% that you (all asleep#

I (in% it (ar &ore pro%ucti+e i( I practice a(ter a'out E hours o(

sleep# My physical 'o%y is -uite happy to just lay 'ac! an% rela,*

'ut &y &in% is (airly awa!e an% alert# Ne,t 'est I ha+e (oun% is to

go to 'e% a'out an hour earlier than nor&al# I( you (in% that you

can rela, 'ut !eep (alling asleep then &a!e your physical 'o%y just

a teeny 'it less co&(orta'le# Perhaps sit up a 'it* or try sittingin a chair# ith &e* I li!e lying in 'e% in the &ornings a(ter

a'out E hours o( sleep# This is &y &ost pro%ucti+e ti&e an% can

&a!e the switch (ro& ocus 1 to ocus 2 o( consciousness in a'out

10 or 15 &inutes nor&ally# o&eti&es it can ta!e longer an%

so&eti&es shorter* 'ut its usually a'out 10 or 15 &inutes#

eyes# Many people close their eyes an% try loo!ing within

the&sel+es an% all the ti&e they can (eel their eyes &a!ing these

tiny &o+e&ents* al&ost as i( the eyes are trying to (ollow whate+er

it is you are atte&pting to loo! at within your &in%# ;+en now I

get this pro'le& where I will see so&ething in &y &in%* with &y

&in%s eye* so to spea!* 'ut as the internal +ision co&es a'out &y

physical eyes will try an% snatch a glance at whate+er it was that

ca&e a'out# This use% to happen to &e constantly# It was incre%i'ly

(rustrating< 7ecause the instant &y eyes woul% go to loo!* it woul%

ap &e right out o( the state I ha% wor!e% so har% to achie+e#

There are &any %i((erent ways or techni-ues o( rela,ing the

physical 'o%y# The 'est way is in+aria'ly the way that wor!s (or

at all# I si&ply choose ti&es when &y physical 'o%y is alrea%y

concentrate on %eepening their 'reathing* others go aroun% tensing

an% releasing +arious 'o%y parts* or %o whate+er# I %o none o( it#

way consciousness is set out# .egar%less o( what you want to %o*

the (irst step is to loo! within yoursel(# I can show you how to

%i((erent point in your consciousness continuu

In the Phasing Mo%el o( consciousness* the area !nown as the

real3ti&e one is containe% within ocus 1 o( consciousness# I

%isli!e using the ter& real3ti&e one as there is no such thing as

8real8 ti&e an% it is not a 8one8# To &e its si&ply a projection

into the physical# Its just that the physical is &uch wi%er than

our physical senses woul% ha+e us 'elie+e# At this point* you are

right on the 8e%ge8 o( the physical* so to spea!# In a sense Fan%

strictly only in a senseG you coul% say you were on the 'or%er

'etween ocus 1 an% ocus 2 o( consciousness#

hat &ost &ystics totally (ail to realise is each o( us A?.;ACB

occupies all o( consciousness# There is no separate place that is

calle% the astral# Its our own entire &in%# e e,ist as one

continuu& o( consciousness (ro& ocus through to ocus 1# Now* we

can choose to (ocus our attention at any point along our continuu&

o( consciousness an% o((er oursel+es an o'jecti+e !nowing o( what

is ta!ing place there# The o'stacles in thin!ing people typically

ha+e are* as (ollows:

1GPeople 'elie+e the &in% is so&ehow containe% within the physical

'rain#

9GPeople %ont realise the sheer e,tent to which their own &in%

e,ten%s#

People will wan%er aroun% 8the astral8 an% not actually realise

they are wan%ering aroun% their own &in%< Plus* consciousness is

not &erely a pro%uct o( the physical 'rain# The 'rain is &erely an

inter(ace 'etween the su'jecti+e an% the o'jecti+e in ter&s o(

energy trans(or&ation within consciousness# An% people (ail to

realise that what they see as an o'jecti+e scenario* is &erely ano'jecti+e translation o( the un%erlying su'jecti+e e+ent#

realise how 8(ar8 they e,ten%# 7ut a 'o%y is &erely an o'jecti+e

representation o( the accu&ulation o( a particular set o(

purpose# This is why I !eep saying that these areas in

consciousness are not places< They are ); ) ATT;NTI)N# Bou

consciousness an% changing your actual area o( consciousness are

is happening when you are in the &i%st o( a projection e,perience
