ASXANNOUNCEMENTJCINTERNATIONALGROUPLIMITED(ASX:JCI)11April2017JCI secures agreement with Australian workforce solutionsproviderJCInternationalGroupLimited(ASX:JCIor“theCompany”)ispleasedtoannounceithas signed a marketing and business development agreement with Australianworkforce solutions provider Anderson Recruitment and Training Pty Ltd(“Andersons”)forthesourcingandplacementofworkforcelabourfortheAustralianmarket.TheagreementmarksJCI’sfirstformalengagementwithanAustraliancompanyasitenters the local market as a labour services contractor, and provides a significantopportunityfortheCompanytobuilditscorporatepresencelocally.JCI’sextensivenetworkacrossChinaandSouth-EastAsiacanassist localcompaniesstrugglingtofindsuitableworkerswithrelevantskillsets.JCIhasacorecommitmenttoeducationand trainingandwillwork closelywithAndersonsandother relevantorganisations to ensure workers are employed in accordance with necessaryrequirementsandstandards.Andersons isanAustralianrecruitmentandlabourhireservicesfirmwhichservicesall industry sectors, with a strong emphasis on construction and infrastructure.AndersonsisoneoffewcompaniesholdinganOn-HireLabourAgreementwiththeDepartment of Immigration & Border Protection which allows it to provideinternationaltalenttoAustralianemployers.“JCIisverypleasedtosecureitsfirstagreementwithaleadingAustralianworkforcesolutions provider of Andersons’ calibre. The agreement will allow JCI to provideeligiblecandidatestotheAustralianworkforceandassistwiththecurrentshortageofskilledworkers,”saidJCIManagingDirectorJohnTang.Andersons Founder and Owner Chris Anderson said: “Our agreement with JCI isacrossvariousindustriesandallowsbothpartiestoworktogethertohelpsupplythelocal labourmarketwiththeskillsandexperience itdemands.Wehavehada longperiod of engagement with JCI and believe as an ASX-listed company, theircommitmenttoAustralianworkers,standardsandcompliancesetsthemapartfromothergroups.”
