At-Home Art: Abstract String Pull Art Supplies Needed: Set up on a disposable or cleanable surface. Mix chosen paint colors with water in the cups. Fold your paper in half. Add one string in each cup, leaving one end hanging out of the cup and paint. Pull out one string and squeeze out excess paint. Arrange the string on one side of the paper. Fold and close the paper over the string. Paper (cardstock or watercolor paper preferred) String or Yarn (cut into 12” pieces) Use one hand to apply pressure to the paper and the other to pull the string through, dragging paint along the paper as you pull. Open up the paper to reveal!
