AUCTIONEERS REMARKS & STIPULATIONS

Barbers Auctions are favoured with from instructions from Messrs A. & R. Maughan to conduct this

dispersal sale following their decision to cease milk production. This sale comprises of tractors,

loader, yard and cultivation equipment, dairy cattle sundries, associated items and produce.

The sale provides an excellent opportunity to purchase quality second hand machinery and is highly

recommended by the auctioneers.

DIRECTIONS From Market Drayton (South) - Take the A529 from Market Drayton towards

the village of Audlem. Turning right into the village and proceed through the

village turning left by the Lord Combermere Pub (the farm drive is exactly one

mile from this point) and proceed out of the village on the A529, signposted

Nantwich. After approximately a quarter of a mile turn left onto a unclassified

road and Monks Hall is situated at the end of this drive.

From Nantwich (North) – M6 Junction 16 signposted Nantwich A500. Proceed

along the A500/A5020 around Nantwich Ring Road. Pick up the A529 sign

posted Audlem/Market Drayton, proceed through the village of Hankelow and

after approximately half a mile turn right and Monks Hall is situated at the end

of the drive.

The sale will be signposted on the day of the sale. (Do not rely on satnav).
