Vanish is a 63-acre, family-owned farm-brewery in beautiful Lucketts, VA. It’s known for good beer and a laid-back vibe. We offer up to 20 beers on tap, wines, ciders, seltzers and other fun adult beverages. Our wood-fired pizzas, BBQ and Burger Time food truck are delicious and open Friday-Sunday. Our friends from Nomini Bay Oyster Ranch and Kovi Asian Street Food are also open every weekend to serve you delicious, fresh foods. There is live music every weekend as well as guest vendors such as Nollypop Mobile Boutique. We boast plenty of outdoor space with scenic views, as well as several options for events both big and small.

For special events, we offer several private rooms for all types of occasions including:

WEEKDAY SPECIAL: (Mon-Thurs) any food/beverages purchased on the same events tab will be deducted from the room rental fee.

All event rentals include a dedicated server.

Covered patio with a casual, tropical vibe featuring lounge seating and the infamous Magnum, PI mural.

Suitable for up to 50 standing, 30 seated.

Sunday-Friday: $100/hour with a three-hour minimum.

Includes: Orange leather couch, bar stools, tables & chairs, picnic style buffet tables for food.

Rustic and refined featuring several stable doors leading to our Farmside Pavilion, wine barrel feature, chandelier and a private bar.


Monday-Friday: $1,000 for a half-day, $1,500 for all day.

Includes: picnic style tables and benches, private bar with your choice of two beers on tap, heating/AC, sound system (AUX cord for music), rustic dining table with eight chairs.

Suitable for up to 125 seated, 200 standing.

The Boho Barn is a covered pavilion perfect for private, special events. A peaceful, serene site overlooking the Clarksrun creek and pond.

Includes: Private bar, banquet round tables with wooden chairs, parking lot for up to 30 cars, mobile restrooms, fire pit.

Thursdays & Fridays: $3,000, all-day rental.

Saturdays & Sundays: $5,000, all-day rental.

For private events only. Includes bartender for event. In-house catering not available.

Vanish offers in-house BBQ platters and party trays for private events. BBQ catering is served buffet style. Plates, serving utensils, paper towels and cutlery are included with catering orders. All catering orders need to be placed at least one week prior to the event. We do not allow outside food with the exception of dessert items.

TO MAKE A RESERVATIONAll events must be booked online atWWW.EXPLORETOCK.COM/VANISHAll rentals and catering orders must be fully paid in advance. Events can be canceled and refunded up to one week prior to the event. 6% sales tax is added to the total and 20% gratuity is added to the bar & catering total.

DECORDecoration time is included in the rental time. We do not allow decorations to be hung from string lights in the rooms. We also do not allow nails, screws, or duct tape; only painter safe tape on the walls. We do not allow confetti in rooms or on tables. Table cloths, balloons, photos, centerpieces and banners are permitted.

BARWith over 20 taps, our menu covers craft brews that are Hoppy, Malty, Light, Fruity, Sour, Barrel-Aged as well as house-made ciders. Vanish has a full wine menu featuring a variety of white and red wines by the glass and bottle. Plus freshly made Sangria, Frozen Wine Slushies, Seltzers and even Jell-O Shots! Each event rental comes with a dedicated bartender to serve your party. Each room includes water dispensers with cups. We do not allow outside N/A beverages, liquor or alcohol on the premises.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION AFTER BOOKING?Please email [email protected] with any questions or modifications to your event rental.

DOES VANISH ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?We do not allow outside food or drinks. The only exception is for dessert items: cake, cupcakes, cookies, pie, etc. Vanish serves bar snacks daily (Pretzels, beer cheese, hot dogs, chips & salsa). We host over three food trucks every Friday-Sunday. Check out our calendar on our website for guest food truck listings.

CAN WE BRING A COOLER AND/OR OUTSIDE ALCOHOL TO VANISH?No, we do not allow coolers or outside alcohol. Only our alcoholic beverages can be consumed on site. We do not allow outside alcohol, this includes gifts containing alcohol.

IS VANISH DOG FRIENDLY?Yes! We allow well-behaved dogs in the Stables, Lounges, Cabanas, Tom Selleck Suite and Boho Barn rentals. Dogs do have to be on a leash.

IS VANISH ALL-AGES/KID FRIENDLY?Yes, we are extremely family friendly, bring the whole crowd. We do not currently allow outdoor games or sports balls for kids to throw or play with. Kids must be seated at a table with a parent/guardian at all times.

ARE BUSES WELCOME?Yes, we do allow buses and have plenty of parking for larger vehicles. Buses cannot block the driveway or other parked cars when parking. Bus parking is available in a first come, first serve basis.

MAY I ARRIVE EARLY TO DECORATE?Due to the high volume of bookings and events at Vanish, we are unable to accommodate early arrival of events. Decoration time is included in the event rental time you have reserved.
