WINNER OF THE PULITZER PRIZE FOR DRAMA AND THREE TONY AWARDS, INCLUDING BEST MUSICAL SCORE
OCTOBER 11–OCTOBER 28, 2012
This groundbreaking and award-winning musical
explores how one suburban family copes with
crisis. With a thrilling contemporary score, Next
to Normal is an intense, emotional powerhouse
of a musical that aims right for the heart with
its story of a family coming to terms with its
past and bravely facing its future. ATC will mount
the highly anticipated Southwest premiere follow-
ing its long Broadway run. Contains mature themes
and language.

A NEW AMERICAN PLAY
NOVEMBER 15–DECEMBER 2, 2012
Football’s Super Bowl trophy is named for the
legendary coach of the Green Bay Packers. Few
people, however, know the real story of Vince
Lombardi the man—his inspirations, his passions
and his ability to drive people to achieve more
than they ever thought possible. Based on David
Maraniss’ book When Pride Still Mattered—A
Life of Vince Lombardi, this hit Broadway play
explores Lombardi’s relationship with his wife,
Marie, and three of his legendary players during
a pivotal week in 1965. Lombardi is the stirring
human tale of the man behind the myth who
stalked the sidelines.
THE WALL STREET JOURNAL CALLS LOMBARDI “ AN EXTREMELY WELL-CRAFTED PIECE OF INTELLIGENT
THEATRE” AND ABC NEWS SAYS “YOU DON’T NEED TO
BE A FOOTBALL FAN TO ENJOY LOMBARDI.”
“ I KNOW LOSING IS A PART OF LIFE. DOESN’T MEAN I HAVE TO LIKE IT.”

A SUMPTUOUS NEW ROMANTIC MUSICAL COMEDY
DECEMBER 31, 2012–JANUARY 20, 2013
One of Jane Austen’s most enchanting heroines
comes to life in this lavish new large-scale
musical from Paul Gordon, the Tony Award-
nominated composer of Daddy Long Legs and Jane
Eyre. Emma Woodhouse firmly believes herself to
be a most talented matchmaker, so she chooses
her hapless friend Harriet as her next project.
Yet despite Emma’s obsession with romance she
remains clueless to the true desires of her own
heart. Her meddling leads to a whirlwind of comic
complications and, of course, true love.

FEBRUARY 14–MARCH 3, 2013
Psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud pioneered the
Id, the Ego and the Superego. Writer C.S. Lewis
created The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
Two men, both brilliant, yet vastly different: Freud
the atheist, Lewis the believer. They meet in 1939
as England goes to war against the Nazis. Their
evening of electrifying conversation about God,
love, sex, and the meaning of life will spark
controversy long after the show is over. Freud’s
Last Session has been drawing record-breaking
crowds for over two years in New York.

A TOUCHING COMEDY FROM ONE OF AMERICAN THEATRE’S MOST ACCLAIMED AND CHERISHED PLAYWRIGHTS
MARCH 28–APRIL 14, 2013
Lewis and Clark were the kings of comedy—it’s
a shame they can’t stand each other! Al Lewis
and Willie Clark kept audiences in stitches for
decades, but now estranged for eleven years,
they agree to reunite for one last TV performance.
But can they get through their most famous sketch
one last time without killing one another? Recon-
ciliation and friendship battle grudges and resent-
ment in Neil Simon’s comic masterpiece about
growing old.

SIMON’S PHENOMENAL CAREER.” —VARIETY

Home is where the heart—and history—is. Jokes
fly and hidden agendas unfold as two vastly
different generations of characters tip-toe the
delicate dance of social politics. Pitting race
against real estate, two seminal events—50
years apart—are at the crux of the conflict in the
same north Chicago house. This rich and light-
ning quick 2011 Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy
is every bit as provocative as it is entertaining as
it cleverly spins the events of A Raisin in the Sun
into an unforgettable new story about race and
real estate in America. Contains mature themes
and language.
THE NEW YORK TIMES CALLED CLYBOURNE PARK A“ SHARP-WITTED, SHARP-TOOTHED COMEDY OF
AMERICAN UNEASINESS” THAT IS “FUNNY AND
STIMULATING.”
“ THE HISTORY OF AMERICA IS THE HISTORY OF PRIVATE PROPERTY.”
