including the extreme north where the major oil-and-gas

fields are situated.

The lighting systems use three methods of ex-plosion isolation: they are sealed with a sealing compound and elimination of excessive tem-perature (the lighting system), a blast-proof enclosure, or enhanced explosion protection (junction box for connection to customer’s power grid).

The lighting system housing is made of extrud-ed heat-dissipating aluminum profile protected by an oxide coating.

The type of LIDC, the mechanical protection of LEDs, and protection from dust are ensured us-ing a one-piece optical system – a dome with integrated lenses.

The dome is made of special polycarbonate produced by the German chemical company Bayer – Makrolon® LED with a minimum light transmission coefficient of 87 %.

All critical components of the lighting systems are separated from the environment by a heat-con-ductive silicon compound.

The lighting system has Class I protection against electric shock.

The electric circuit of the lighting system is equipped with protective measures necessary for use in explosion hazardous environments.

The AtomSvet® X-proof explosion-proof low voltage LED lighting systems are specially

designed for operation in enterprises, facilities, and zones with explosive environ-

ments and particular operating conditions, marked by increased levels of moisture

and dust. The АtomSvet® X-proof LED lighting systems may be used for lighting of

facilities of oil and gas, metallurgy and wood industry facilities, nuclear power stations,

thermal power plants, filling stations, chemical production facilities and refineries,

engineering plants, etc.

The AtomSvet® Plant Ex LV explosion-proof low voltage LED lighting systems are

specially designed for operation in enterprises, facilities, and zones with explosive

environments and particular operating conditions, marked by increased levels of
