LAND CANCELLATION: In addition to individual penalties applied by guest homes, deluxe castles and five-star properties, (if applicable) the following land cancellation penalties apply: From 124 – 65 days prior to departure, penalty is: $150 per person. From 64 – 31days prior to departure, penalty is: $500 per person. Within 30 days of departure, full penalty, no refund. Travel Insurance is available and is highly recommended. Travel insurance must be purchased with initial reservation/deposit to cover any pre-existing conditions.

RESPONSIBILITY: Land arrangements will be provided as described; however, Celtic Tours & Passages Travel reserve the right to substitute hotels, guest homes and/or sightseeing features for accommodations and features in similar or best possible categories whenever necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Transportation will be by deluxe motor coach. Should the number of participants on any motor coach tour drop below 25 passengers, we reserve the right to operate the tour with a smaller 18 – 24 seat passenger coach.

SIGHTSEEING & TRANSFERS: Sightseeing and entrance fees have been included as specified in itinerary. All foreign airport transfers are also included in the land cost unless otherwise requested by the agent.

PORTERAGE/BAGGAGE: Due to limited motor coach capacity, we ask that only one (1) suitcase per person is brought on the tour. Porterage has been included for one (1) suitcase per person. No responsibility is incurred by the operator for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the passenger’s belongings. It is highly recommended to carry baggage insurance.

TIPS AND SERVICE CHARGES: All taxes and service charges levied by the hotels or charged by various governments and municipalities are included. Unless they are otherwise noted above. Airport departure taxes are additional and quoted separately. We have not included tips to the driver/guide. This is up to the discretion of the passengers. We suggest a tip of €6.00-8.00 (EURO) per person, per day be given at the end of the tour. Exceptional services may warrant a higher tip. Please note UK & Northern Ireland Currency is the Pound Sterling. We suggest a tip of £5.00-7.00 GBP per person, per day.

FINAL DOCUMENTATION: Documents will not be issued unless Full Payment has been received. Documents for groups are finalized 30 days prior to departure. At that time, no changes are allowed. Only cancellations will be dealt with within the 30-day period. Included in documents are full detailed itineraries, your hotel lists, flight itineraries, flight bags, and luggage tags.

NOT INCLUDED Passports, laundry, wines, food and beverages not on the regular table d’hote menu (these extra items will be billed to you before departing the hotel or restaurant), Porterage at U.S. Airports, as well as all other items of a personal nature. And anything not clearly stated in the above RATES INCLUDE section.

DELUXE PROPERTIES AND CASTLES: Land arrangements will be provided as described, however, when booking a deluxe, 5* properties or castles, there will be additional deposits and guarantees. Once Celtic Tours & Passages Travel has been notified by such properties of deposits or requirements, they will be passed onto you (the client).

INSURANCE Travel Protection Insurance is available – Insurance must be purchased with initial passenger deposit or within 7 days of deposit to cover pre-existing conditions. The premium is non-refundable. Note: Travel Insurance does not cover airfare on carriers that have filed bankruptcy. Insurance fees are refundable up to 125 days prior to departure, if you cancel from the tour and have no outstanding insurance claims. You cannot cancel insurance on any existing bookings or make any claim once insurance has been cancelled. We must receive cancellation in writing during regular business hours.

Coverage for Airfare not booked with Celtic Tours: You may purchase additional insurance to cover airfare not booked with Celtic Tours. Note: Celtic Tours reserves the right to change insurance providers at any time for what we feel is the benefit of all our clients. If you are interested in Cancel for Any Reason/Unforeseen Circumstances Insurance, please speak with us as this will incur an additional cost.

PAYMENTS

DEPOSITS: $250 deposit is due to secure your booking, plus the cost of insurance. CHANGES: Once we have received your deposit, there will be a non-refundable $75.00 charge for every change requested, provided that no documents have been issued. This administration charge is levied to help offset fax and telephone charges necessary to change your reservation. No changes are allowed within 40 days of departure or after documents are issued. Requests for changes are subject to availability. Should the changes requested not be available, the $75 processing fee is not refundable. FORMS OF PAYMENT:
