Read these safety instructi ons very carefully before using the massage chair for its intended usage.

If you suff er from any of the medical conditi ons listed below, seek advice from a doctor before using

the massage chair.

CAUTION!» To avoid accidents, make sure that you do not insert your fi ngers into the massage heads.

» For safety reasons, you must not open up the chair by yourself.

» If you experience any pain when using the chair, contact a doctor immediately.

» To avoid electric shocks and injuries, do not allow children to use the chair without supervision.

» Always keep an eye on massage chair when it is used by or near children or individuals

with intellectual disabiliti es.

» Do not place or use the chair in areas that are exposed to water or high temperatures.

» Do not use damaged plugs or cables or loose sockets. If plugs or cables are damaged, they must

be replaced by the

manufacturer, a service agent, or qualifi ed personnel.

» Do not pull, twist, or kick the chair.

» Do not place heavy objects on the chair.

» Aft er using the chair or in the case of a long period of non-usage, make sure the chair is not

connected to the power supply to prevent electric shocks, short circuits and fi re.

» If the chair malfuncti ons, disconnect it from the power supply immediately.

» Do not touch the power supply if you have wet hands.

» Do not use the chair directly aft er eati ng, as doing so can cause nausea.

» Do not use the massage chair for more than 30 minutes at a ti me. This is to.

prevent excessive sti mulati on to muscles and nerves.

» If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service

agent or similarly qualifi ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Step 1: When setti ng up the chair, makesure there is at least 60 cm (2 feet) of space behind the backrest and 60 cm (2 feet) of space in front of the footrest.

Step 2: Lift the backrest, then lower it / fi x it into the back of the seat unit.Method: at the bott om of the backrest you will fi nd two fl at head bolts extending out-wards on the right and left side of the backrest. Lock these into place into the grooves at the back of the seat by ti lti ng the backrest forwards and sliding the bolts into place.A: Flat head bolt (on the backrest)B: Groove (on the seat unit)

Step 3: Att ach the connecti ng rod and the U-shaped bracket on the bot-tom of the backrest with a fl at head rivet, and secure with a split pin as shown in Fig. 1.A: U-shaped bracket (on the backrest)B: Connecti ng rod (on the seat)C: Flat head rivetD: Split pin

Step 4: Insert the wire plugs into the seat as shown in Fig. 2.Note: Match black to black and grey to grey, otherwise damage to the chair may result.

Step 5: Att ach the backrest pads using Velcroand zippers (Fig. a-1) and (Fig. a-2)Then connect the warm-up plug to the plug from the seat. (Fig. a-3)

Step 6:Att ach the litt le clothwith Velcro as shown in Fig. 4.

Step 7: (Opti onal) For a deepermassage remove the spare pad located in the backrest cover.

Moving the ChairTwo people are needed to carry the chair - one car-ries the left side panel and the backrest holding the bott om, the other holds the opposite side in a simi-lar fashion.

Note:• Do not hold the ear-shape part to move the chair.• Do not move the unit while a person is sitti ng on it.• Place a mat on the fl oor and gently roll the unit over it to avoid damaging the fl oor.

Insert the power cord plug into an electrical outlet. Turn the power switch to the “l” positi on for idle mode. Four functi ons are available in idle mode: ON/OFF, Recline Backrest, Raise Backrest, Recline Footrest.

1. ON/OFFPress once on this butt on, the massage chair will start.Press the ON/OFF butt on again to stop all massage functi ons and to return the massage rollers to their original positi on.Note: The angle of the backrest and the footrest may be adjusted by pressing or for the required positi on.

2/3. Recline/RestoreAngle Adjustment Control Butt on for Backrest.Press this butt on once to adjust the backrest to a comfortable positi on. Press the butt on again to confi rm the positi on.

4/5. Elevate/Restore FootrestAngle Adjustment Control Butt on for Footrest.Press this butt on once to adjust the footrest to a comfortable positi on. Press the butt on again to confi rm the positi on.

6/7/8. Auto programThe three pre-programmed massage sessions are acti vated by pressing the butt ons: RELAX, THER-APY, GENERAL

9. Kneading Kneading Functi on Start/Stop Control Butt on-3 speeds.Press this butt on once to acti vate the kneading functi on for a full back massage at medium speed.

Press the butt on again to stop the kneading massage functi on. Press the SPEED butt on to adjust the massage intensity while the kneading functi on is acti vated.

10. TappingTapping Functi on Start/Stop Control Butt on – 3 width levels & 3 height levels. Press this butt on once to acti vate the tapping functi on for a full back massage at medium width and speed.Press the butt on again to stop the tapping massage functi on.Press the WIDTH butt on and the SPEED butt on to adjust the tapping width and massage intensity while the tapping functi on is acti vated.

11. Dual acti onDual–Acti on Functi on Start/Stop Control Butt onPress this butt on once to acti vate the dual-acti on functi on for a full back massage at medium inten-sity. Press the butt on again to stop the dual-acti on massage functi on.Press the SPEED butt on to adjust the massage intensity while the dual-acti on functi on is acti vated.

12. RollingRolling Functi on Start/Stop Control Butt onPress this butt on once to acti vate the rolling functi on for a full back massage at medium width.Press the butt on again to stop the rolling massage functi on.Press the WIDTH butt on to adjust the rolling width while the rolling functi on is acti vated.Note: kneading, tapping, dual-acti on and rolling functi ons cannot be combined.

13. SwedishPress once to acti vate the Rolling functi on for full back massage at medium width and intensity. Press again to stop the functi on.

Setti ng Spot or Localized Back Massage14. SpotSpot Back MassagePress this butt on once to acti vate the massage rollers.Press the ▲ or ▼ butt on to select a spot massage for any part of the back. Press the butt on again to stop the spot massage functi on and to resume the full back massage func-ti on. Note: The spot massage cannot be used when the rolling functi on is acti vated.

15. Parti alParti al Back MassagePress this butt on once to acti vate the massage rollers. The massage rollers perform the parti al mas-sage with an 8 cm (3.1”) range of movement.Press the ▲ or ▼ butt on to select a parti al massage for any part of the back.Press the butt on again to stop the parti al massage functi on and to resume the full back massage functi on.

16. ▲ / ▼Positi on Adjustment Butt on for Spot or Parti al MassageWhen the spot or parti al massage functi ons are acti vated these butt ons will move the massage rollers. Press and hold the ▲ or ▼ butt on to move the massage rollers up or down. Release the ▲ or ▼ butt on when the desired positi on is reached.

17. SpeedIt is possible to change speed of the diff erent massages from slow to fast according to your indi-vidual needs.

18. WidthWidth Adjustment Butt ons for Tapping and Rolling Functi onsWhen the tapping and rolling functi ons are acti vated this butt on will adjust the width of movement to medium, narrow or wide in the following sequence: M<N<W.

19. HEATPress this key once to acti vate the Lumber Therapy Heati ng Mode. Press this butt on again to stop the functi on. This program can be combined with other single functi ons.

20. SEATSeat Vibrati on Control Butt onPress this butt on to acti vate the seat vibrati on functi on. Press the butt on again to stop the seat vibrati on functi on.

21. FEETPress this butt on to acti vate the feet vibrati on functi on. Press the butt on again to stop the feet vibrati on functi on.

22. PausePause Butt onPress this butt on to stop all massage functi ons and to pause the chair in idle mode. Press the pause butt on again to resume the original massage functi on. Note: The LED will display the ti me counter when a control butt on is pressed. Aft er four minutes, the LED light will go out unless another but-ton is pressed.

23. ON/OFF-butt onPress this butt on to stop all massage functi ons. The massage rollers will resume their original posi-ti on. Switch the power butt on under the chair to the “O” positi on and disconnect the power cord plug from the electrical outlet.

Troubleshooting

Product maintenance* Do not use water and other cleaning detergents on the massage chair.* Handle the surface of the massage chair with care. Make sure the chair is not damaged by hard or sharp objects.* Gently press the butt ons during operati on and avoid hitti ng the butt ons with hard objects.* Pull out the power supply plug aft er each use.* Do not use the massage chair for more than 30 minutes at a ti me.

The massage chair is connected to the power supply, but is not working.

The remote control works, but the massage chair is not working.

The massage chair may have over-heated due to prolonged use. Turn off the power and allow the chair to cool for 30-50 minutes.

1. Make sure the chair is plugged into a working outlet.2. Turn the power OFF and then ON again.

Both the remote control and the massage chair are not working.

1. Check to see that the plug is wellconnected and working.2. Make sure that the massage chairswitch is turned to the “I” positi on.

Important considerati ons to enable you to fully enjoy your Att ract massage chair for many years.You will be able to enjoy your Att ract Massage Chair, without disrupti on, if you perform a monthly check. Your Att ract Massage Chair may need some maintenance from ti me to ti me, especially if there are several people who use it daily. Make sure to check that all pads are secure and that the massage rollers in the back are running freely. You should carry out this check once a month. If anything does not seem to be like it should, contact your dealer or Att ract Sweden AB on info@att ract.nu or +46 60-789 8000.
