Letter of Recommendation for Audrey Johnson
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Janis Boteilho and I am the Manager of Guest Relations with Trafalgar and
Brendan Vacations. I have been given the distinct privilege to provide a letter of
recommendation for my longtime colleague, Audrey Johnson.
While I have worked with Audrey for the almost ten years that I have been employed
with Trafalgar, it wasn’t until 2007 that we began a close working relationship. Audrey
was tasked with creating Correspondences in CRM to better meet the needs of my
department. She took the time to speak with me to gain knowledge of our operations,
and used her problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve. Audrey thought
outside of the box, so to speak, and as a result, helped to implement changes to our
processes that are still in effect today. She was always quick to respond to my
questions, and very pleasant to associate with. As a result of her hard work, Audrey was
able to train me on a new program that she altered to meet the growing and changing
needs of my department. The implementation of CRM increased productivity and
reporting for my department, completely changing the status quo of Guest Relations for
the better!
During this time, I was able to really get to know Audrey on a professional level and I
have admired her ever since. She is reliable, and sincerely adapted to the attitude of
service. She understood that while she wasn’t serving our guests or Travel Agents
directly, she was servicing a department who was. This understanding allowed her to
make important changes in a timely manner, and created an advocate for Guest
Relations within her department.
In summary, I completely recommend Audrey Johnson for future employment. I can say
whole heartedly that she will be a strong asset to any company she joins. She is a very
fast learner, open to all forms of constructive criticism, a dedicated and passionate

Whom it may concern,
I have worked with Audrey Johnson for 3.5 years at Travel Corporation in the capacity of CRM /
Salesforce Administrator for the Australasia Region.
I can highly recommend Audrey in Data Integrity and Business Analysis as someone who is
meticulous in every facet of project design and implementation. The ability of Audrey to
understand complex data structures and be able to recommend solutions that is not only timely
but more efficient than often expert opinion from 3rd party organisations.
Audrey is a team player that works well with peers and people at all levels in the organisation.
Though her role in my time in TTC was remote, the communication and tenacity to assist in
