The Oval’s First Aid and CPR courses are taught by LifeLink instructors who are certi� ed through the Life-saving Society or Red Cross. Fitness Leadership

The Richmond Oval o� ers � tness leadership courses designed for individuals interested in becoming � tness professionals. As leaders in the � tness industry, our courses are taught by quali� ed, knowledgeable, and experienced instruc-tors.The next Fitness Theory course starts October, 2013.

TRX® Suspension Training
