    The Teen Center is now acceptingregistration for teens at the YouthCenter. Registration is free.The hours of operation are 1500 -2000. We provide open recreation,educational programs, field trips and

    special events. For more information, please call 678-3310 or stop by.

    Back to School Bash...We are having a party! Join uson Friday, August 24th at the Center. Time: 1600 -2000. School supplies will be given away until they aregone. Supplies will be given out on a first come firstserve basis. All participants must be registered teens.

    Send an email with the Subject line: Email requto [email protected]. You will receive the Spnewsletter monthly. MWR alerts will be sent oureminders, changes in programs or events and nein the Spotlights.

    We have Story Time at 0930 every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Mark your calendars and bring your

    children for a morning adventure in the world of storytelling.

    Fall Soccer Clinic...August 11th from 0900 -1100. Please sign up at the Youth Center, sowe can staff properly. This is a free clinic forages 4 - 12 years old.

    Fall Soccer registration will be held August 1stthru August 15th at the Youth Center.Ages 4 - 12 (proof of birth required at the time ofregistration). Volunteers needed for this program.The cost is $35.00 per child.

    This event is for registered pre-teens only! If you arenot a registered pre-teen, please stop by the Teen Centerand register. Registration is free. For more info call theCenter at 678-3310.

    The library will be conducting a survey among its users during the month of August to determine what book/books would bdiscuss in future Book Club meetings. Please fill out the survey forms that will be located at thelibrary's front desk before August 31st.

    Due to high customer requests, guitar lessons will resume on Saturday, August 18th @1000 hrs. They will be every other Saturday. Contact Rufus Spearman @ 678-3078 forfurther information.

    There will be an "End of the 2012 Summer Reading Program" get-together on August 4th@ 1300 hrs. We would like all SRP participants to come by and pick up their SRP certificates and T-shirts. Light refreshmserved, and there will be additional prizes available at this event.
